The problem
Many feasibility studies are technically excellent and commercially thin — a well-engineered plant with a demand assumption in place of a buyer. Those studies pass engineering review and then fail at financing, because the commercial case was never actually tested.

They constrain each other. A technology choice that lifts delivered cost above the buyer's ceiling is not a technical success.
Assess the site as built reality
Grid queue position, water source, port capability and permitting timelines, not the site's theoretical potential.
Test the offtake
Who buys, at what price, on what term, with what certification requirement — and whether that clears the production cost.
Register risk properly
A risk register that a financier will accept, with mitigations and residual exposure stated.

Do you perform the detailed engineering?
No. MolecularX leads the study and performs the technology, commercial, market and economic work. Detailed process engineering, CFD, HAZOP, safety studies and certification are delivered through the MolecularX Partner Network, defined and coordinated by us.
Can you work alongside our existing engineering partner?
Yes, and that is a common arrangement — the engineering firm holds the technical scope while MolecularX holds the commercial, market and economic scope.
Is a bankable feasibility study in scope?
MolecularX can lead toward it and assemble the specialists required. The elements that must be issued by accredited or certified parties are delivered by those parties, and the split is agreed in writing before work starts.
