Commercial
By the time it is a tender, you are already late.
The best commercial position in molecular energy is to be in conversation with a project before its requirement is formalised. MolecularX originates that early visibility: emerging projects, developers moving toward procurement, and requirements forming before they reach the market.

The problem
Suppliers who rely on published tenders compete on price against everyone else who read the same notice, on a specification they had no part in shaping. The margin and the win rate are both decided earlier than that.
What you end up with
A qualified, staged pipeline of projects relevant to your business, with a route into each.
What this includes
- Early identification of projects relevant to what you sell, with their stage assessed
- Requirement intelligence — what a project will need, and roughly when
- Qualification so your team spends time on projects that can actually transact
- Decision-maker identification and account intelligence
How we approach it
Watch continuously, not periodically
Projects surface through announcements, permits, financing, hiring and supply-chain activity long before a procurement notice.
Assess stage honestly
An announcement is not a project. Stage assessment is what makes the pipeline usable instead of merely long.
Map the requirement
What equipment, service or capability the project will need, so the approach is specific rather than introductory.
Identify who decides
Organisation, role and route in. A qualified opportunity with no path to the decision-maker is not yet actionable.
Questions
How do you find projects early?
By monitoring industry activity continuously and structuring it — announcements, permits, financing activity, tenders, regulatory filings and trade reporting — into the MolecularX commercial graph, then searching that graph for the commercial patterns that precede procurement.
Is this a database subscription?
Not yet. Origination is currently delivered as an engagement. The data layer behind it is being built toward a product, and we would rather say that than describe a platform that is not live.
Can you cover a specific region only?
Yes. Most origination mandates are scoped by region, molecule and equipment or service category.
