- Start from what you actually have Renewable resource quality, land, water, gas, feedstocks, existing industry, ports and grid — the physical basis, assessed rather than assumed.
- Test which molecules fit Resource and infrastructure reality decides whether hydrogen, ammonia, methanol or e-fuels is the competitive play. Often it is not the one already announced.

Questions
How is this different from a consultancy strategy report?
The traditional model ends at the report. MolecularX is a facilitator, so the strategy can continue into company identification, investment attraction and project origination — using the same commercial network the business uses for its industry clients.
Will you tell us hydrogen is not right for our country?
If the analysis says so, yes — and it sometimes does. A strategy that cannot reach a negative conclusion about a specific molecule is not analysis. Frequently the honest answer is a narrower play than the one originally envisaged.
Do you work with sub-national governments?
Yes. Regions, cities, ports, free zones and industrial clusters are frequently better units for this work than nations, because the resource, infrastructure and industrial base are concrete at that level.
