What the work is like
Molecular energy is a field with a large gap between what is announced and what gets built. Most of the value in this business comes from being accurate about that gap — telling a client their offtake assumption will not hold, that a competitor's cost figure excludes half the system, or that electrification would serve them better than the project they came in asking about.
If that sounds like a constraint rather than the interesting part, this is probably not the right place.
Profiles we want to hear from
Molecular-energy domain experts
People who have actually worked on hydrogen, ammonia, methanol or e-fuels projects — production, conversion, infrastructure or end use — and can tell a real constraint from a slide.
Techno-economic analysts
Able to build an LCOH, LCOA or LCOM model from components, defend every assumption, and find the sensitivities that decide the answer.
Commercial and business development
People who can find the buyer, qualify them properly and run the conversation — in a technical sale where credibility is the currency.
Project developers
Experience taking an energy or industrial project from concept toward FID, and a realistic view of why they stall.
Data and AI engineers
Entity resolution, knowledge graphs and retrieval over messy real-world industry data — the unglamorous half of making intelligence work.
Computational scientists
Materials, catalysis or electrochemistry, with the computational skills to search a design space rather than walk it.
Government and policy advisers
People who have worked with national or regional governments on industrial strategy and know how those decisions actually get made.
